The Arizona Wildcats and the PING/ASU invitational

Here I am with the Arizona Women’s Golf Team. On the left is the head coach, Laura Ianello. Laura and I are both alumnae of the University of  Arizona Women’s Golf program. On the right is the assistant coach, Justin Bubser. The Arizona Wildcat team is a great example of the number of international golfers who play for American universities.

Rose Zhang, a Stanford freshman, is ranked #1 college player in the U.S.

We took these photos last week at the Ping/ASU Invitational in Phoenix, Arizona where 16 top college programs participated, among them the top two golf teams in country: Stanford and Oregon. God has given me such a great opportunity of connection with all the teams. I am so thankful for all the relationship building and the Gospel conversations I had with coaches, players and their parents. I was able to set up a couple of campus visits that I hope to do in the coming month. One girl on the Arizona team told me I should come down and play with the team.
