AIA National Director/Ministry Partner Development

It’s official…We are pleased to announce that I have accepted a national position within Athletes in Action. I am humbled and thrilled to trust the Lord in taking on this huge role within our ministry. I have been positioned to not only help on-board our new staff missionaries but also to help our veteran staff finish well, both here in the US as well as several international locations.

Our experience of the Lord’s faithfulness over the past 40 years will serve as a solid foundation as I seek to help other staff to trust in His faithfulness. I am so thankful and feel like this is actually a tremendous stewardship choice for me. This new role enables me to more effectively and strategically use the gifting the Lord has given me to help reach more college students and accelerate the fulfillment of the Great Commission.

My Vision

In my new role, my hope is to see a culture change take place within Athletes in Action. I hope this change would help us better equip our new staff missionaries, and come alongside and inspire our senior staff. Jesus tells us that the Harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. We want to do our part to reach more students by caring for our greatest resource, our fellow staff. In the power of the Holy Spirit, we can together help change the world by sending them out to reach college students, and the world for Jesus Christ.
